Owner does not appear to be interested in helping customers. Rude each time I have either called or personally visited the store. If he does not have what I am looking for, rather then suggesting a different location or offering to order in what I need, he simply says," Can't help you" or if it is a part, he says, "You can come and find the part yourself off the scrap heap." Not a good way to do business, since I believe in buying local and supporting local businesses.
