WOW. what a waste of time. and money
i had what i thought was an egg salad wrap, instead i got , honestly more onions than i did egg, and a bit of lettuce. my girlfriend ordered a baguette and subbed swiss instead of cheddar, she got a turkey and cheddar baguette. the total opposite of what she wanted, our waters were warm. not even chilled. like someone took them from storage and threw them in without bringing the chilled to the front. it took about 15-20 minutes for my order to come out. by the time it came out it was cold. i asked it to be heated up and i called for a manager. what i got was a girl that was my age that said she was the manager. she didnt do anything about it. said it was "portioning" and that there cook was new. she said im sorry for the inconvenience and walked away and chatted to her friends. if your going to have a supervisor , make sure she is smart, and if your gunna have a new cook, make sure there is a person who knows how to get things out warm and on time. terrible service. terrible food. the only one i like is the new one on Guelph Line beside the burlington. Gabe was a great help to the order and the staff is always funny and outgoing. food it warm too. great presentation. and it is fast.
