The staff are very friendly , helpful , especially the ladies in the beauty boutique their knowledge from skincare & makeup & perfumes was very professional & they helped me pick out new products for my skin that I love . I would highly recommend going to this Shopper’s Drug Mart location . I love they now have a grocery section . it’s very fresh produce & bakery goods.

One of the older employees who we think is a manager was so rude. No customer service skills.

The employees were RUDE. 2 employees at the front.I went to the lit checkout. I stood there waiting to see if one of them was going ring me out,a person standing there after her shift & on her way out says “ring the bell that’s what the sign is there for” rolls her eyes and walks out.I rang the bell & 1 of them calls me over to another register. Instead of asking how I'd be paying, she says “ I can’t see what your card is", followed by a sarcastic HAVE A GOOD NIGHT! I will not shop here again!
