I had a tree fall on my car In Dec 2019. My insurer sent me to CSN in Burlington and I was treated very well. Unfortunately in March 2021 I noticed that the paint on the roof was bubbling and cracking. I took it in and WOW - they looked at it asked me to leave the car, offered a rental and my car was fixed and back within 5 days! THE BEST warrant experience I have ever had. Ian

I was rear ended on the 403 and my insurance company recommended me to Cars Auto Collision. My initial experience was fantastic, a tow was arranged for me and by the time I reached the shop I had a rental car and all I had to do was sign papers. This was my very first Collision and the lady at the front desk walked me through what I needed to do and made this bad experience a little more manageable.

Worst Experience Ever!

Good luck getting them to Honor their warranty, my paint bubbled off in a year, they tried to get my insurance company to pay them again to do what they were already paid to do the first time. (Which I may add, they even charged my insurance company for labour and material they didn’t even use). Even though they position their marketing niche as “lifetime warranty on workmanship and paint”, they refused to repair the poor craftsmanship. The initial counter service is actually really good and professional, but behind the scenes they rush your vehicle in and out of the shop, because their business structure is based on “quick turnover rather than quality”. They caused additional damage to my vehicle (again, they won’t own up to it, nor repair it), because behind the scenes the “qualified professionals” are actually inexperienced teenagers that are most likely subjected to autocratic management style and are afraid to own up to their mistakes. The reason I perceive this conclusion, is the owner was extremely belligerent and even tried to dictate to me while handling my complaint. This owner is an old fashion baby boomer, that’s obviously is not aware of the power of information technology, and how bad reviews spread like a virus.
