I ordered a costume sectional with a couple changes made to there base model. I was told that it would take 2-4 week to compete no problem. After 4 weeks I contacted the company only to learn my fabric was on back order and it would be another week. Well this went on for 4 weeks not once was I contacted. The day it was to be delivered all set and ready said the sales man I recieved no call and no sectional. When I followed up I was told they did not order enough fabric and could not finish to sectional. So I offered to pick new fabric in stock, this option was not once offered btw. Finally 2 week later my sofa was done and coming. The delivery was scheduled for before 3pm, it arrived at dinner 6:30pm and the delivery man said I was nice, was staring at me and asked for a hug after giving me a long an awkward hand shake. After looking over the sectional there were several defect making me believe that they had no idea what they were doing. The arm rest was supposed to be square but instead had rounded arm, ok not the end of the world but the arm ended half way the width of the sectional leaving a dead space that was not finished being stitched! The cushions fabric was wrinkled and the stitching did not line up.. The sales man said they could remake or refund. As my 2 kids and I were really sick I agreed to a remake. I called a week later to get an eta to learn the warehouse decided not to do the remake as there to busy, and no one decided to tell me! I was told I could have money off and my pillows that never came in the first place with the Oder, well I'm still waiting. 3 months later! I just want this sofa out of my house and my money back. These ppl have no idea what there doing. And are never in the office. The last time I was in the show room the was a family there that were really a grey about a delivery never showing up and no one calling after 2 months if back and fourth. Guess I should have left then :(
