    awful staff and service Their "customer service" could be the definition of unprofessionalism. Girl Jessica was making faces at me and at the computer while I am trying to cancel an order. No communication skills, not even proper English.Their manage Ryan didn't even spend a min to understand my situation. secondly, an order was placed by a minor by mistake, and they will not cancel the order stating its final sale and it will cost me $1200. I never got a confirmation email, never order

    Raj lies about return policy to get the sale, Kate (Operations Manager) doesntcare, Regional Manager doesnt care. Apparently they find this behaviour acceptable. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

    Bought a black dishwasher on dec 26,pack up on Jan 3, got a call from bad boy no black,would you take white.NO.they had a black when I paid,wonder who got mine?terrible.

    Ancaster-I have never received such horrible customer services from any other retailer. I purchased a bedroom set and washer and dryer back in September. Considering it took a little over 2 months to come in with no explanation with defects. Continuous calls with rude customer service and even going into store with no help. It is now Feb and no resolution!! Will never use them again. Buyers Beware!!

    Bad Boys Ancaster is competing for the worst customer service in Canada. We ordered a mirror side table in August 2017 for $500 and have received 80% of the table thus far 0ct 18/2017 Table has since been discontinued. The sales staff, management and owner hide at every request and make up pathetic excuses and won't show their face in store. We like our table however the top is not available. A refund is being refused by management and the owner. Disgusting and frankly embarrassing!

    V v bad service. Same problem as the previous review on here. They will not return your call or emails. Bought a dining room suite, so much damage. It's falling apart. Will have to contact the bbb. Wish I had seen the previous review before I bought here.

    Bad Boy.... Worst Service....

    STOP: Warning! Worst Store Ever. Very very poor service. No response after they take payment. No reply from headoffice even if you email. No returning of repeated calls made to them. Fake and false promises. 1 month delayed. Then sent the wrong furniture after exhaustive follow-up. Still waiting for the right furniture that I ordered. Price promise issues. Read fineline before signing anything with them. BBB compaint initiatied. Still no response. Just pathetic!!!
