    We purchased a VW 2019 Tiguan of which we have 35,000 miles. It was told to us our brakes were shot which is grossly early for this type of vehicle. Their only excuse that was given to us was it clearly driven less and its our problem. We maintained our vehicle to ensure it was driven multiple times a week during the pandemic. There was no type of discount or resolution to our brakes being used up in more than half the time. We will not purchase another volkswagon. Tim

    I am incredibly disappointed in my purchase of the VW 2018 Tiguan. I've been taking in into the shop every other month for either a recall, water leak, rooftop not working, trunk not working, weird sounds, and the list goes on. This car has caused me to waste my time, take time off work, and it has been a nuisance. I want to meet in person with one of your representatives to discuss my options with the faulty vehicle VW has built.

    Avoid Volkswagen at all costs. Terrible product and terrible costumer service. 4 safety recalls and 2 warranty issues and the car is barely 4 years old. Customer service is dismissive and arrogant. No help at all. Only insincere apologies.

    Try to fix my vehicle for 3 years and it never get fixed. After 3 years, they offered my $750 to trading in a new vehicle because they cant find a solution for fixing my backup camera. You are right $750 ONLY

    Ordered a Volkswagen Beetle may 7th, would like to say i’m Enjoying the vehicle but I haven’t received it yet. The dealership said 4-6 weeks. We are almost 12 weeks in and no car. Nobody seems to know why it is delayed. What? Really that’s the answer I get. Answers, somebody look into this.

    Horrible experience dealing with the buy back from Volkswagon. Simply put, they are holding my payment because my name on the claim does not EXACTLY match tbe name on my drivers licence (to be clear I am talking about a MIDDLE name that appears o my drivers licence that I did not I clusd in my application ... so I now have to cancel my claim and resubmit the 30 page document in order for them to pay me) ... petty ... and NO ONE wanted us that this could be a problem. Shameful.

    I contacted VW Canada in regards to a complaint about Don Valley VW, sadly neither VW Canada nor Don Valley Auto find any value in resolving a client’s concerns or issues. They simply do not care!! Today’s I have only bought VW products , no more,,!!!

    I wrote to head office to complain about how I was lied to and neglected as a customer, how I was given "free roadside assitance" and they refused to come and help me when I needed it. Clearly VW does not give a fuck about their customers, at all, because nobody got back to me. I AM TRULY SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED.

    I had a complaint about a dealership and a gentleman named Hichem dealt with me 3 times. All three times, he listened to my case, after about 20 minutes of me talking he says "I'm sorry, we cannot do anything". The second time I called, I asked for his superior and he pretended like he was someone else. I'm so disappointed at their way of handling cases, its unreal. I had very high expectations from Audi Canada!

    Dissatisfied response to corrosion warranty claim. Peculiar explanation for the denied claim. To VW's defense, all car manufacturers employ this attitude when it comes to paying out money in warranty. I wish they showed more consideration and courtesy.
