Very poor. Norm came out for initial 2 hour estimate and measurements and promised us roof would be done first of August this year. When we did not hear from him by August 6th, I called again and Norm assured me the job would get down in August. I didn't call him again and never heard from him. He wasted 2 hours of my valuable time and not to call back. Just say you don't want to do a job. Very poor customer service.
