I have a 13 year old golden doodle who has been a client of Pineos Pet Spay since he was a puppy. He has used all services offered and enjoyed every one. He loves daycare, did not object at all to Kennelling and always looks wonderful after his grooming. On arrival at Pineos he all but drags me into the building. He is always relaxed and happy to be visiting his friends. And I know he is in safe hands. On a completely different topic. The apostrophe will not work on my computer...oops

Very unprofessional staff

Awesome place. Our last fav closed and we went to see many...we have rescue dogs so are a bit concerned... been there a few times now..staff are awesome..clean and neat..best in the valley..dogs come home tired and happy ..and clean smelling...

We were told at pickup that our 9 month old puppy was energetic but well behaved during her first stay. When we went to book a 2nd stay, after confirming the dates and details, a different staff member interrupted the conversation to inform us that our puppy had damaged property and their pregnant staff couldn't handle our dog and we weren't welcome. Our giant breed puppy is well trained in a home with a toddler and an 8 month pregnant owner. No damage or issues were mentioned previously to us.
