I have given this princess auto multiple chances. If your used to walking into the store and being helped by friendly customer service and receiving an order line order in complete actually at the curb good luck. If you call the store you will be left waiting indefinitely. If you actually manage to find a team member willing to work you might get lucky but I would never order from the store again. Get it shipped direct or go to another location. I’d drive to Moncton before giving them more money
On two occasions there has been no stock of an item there was supposed to be.
1st time I bought online, went for pick up, after arriving and waiting for half an hour I was told the item was not in stock.
2nd occasion, (weeks later, different item) checked stock due to being wary after my other experience. Went to the store after being told there were 6 of the product in question. Searched high and low, asked a store employee, was informed the last one had sold days earlier. Waste of time

Perfect service and perfect products, in congenial surroundings. In particular, I would like to praise Nika, and also Donald, for going out of their way to be of assistance. Then we have the guys in the warehouse, the other girls, the man who flew airoplanes, and the others who have been so helpful. Well done, Princess Auto:-)
