Jiffy Cabs

Been a customer for 8 years and they wouldn't let me book a cab to leave work at 8pm to go home. I'm not happy with the service.

Never had a problem with jiffy, there drivers are ususal professional and nice.

Attitude towards customers.

I've used Jiffy Cabs a few times to and from work, and I'm finding that the dispatcher(s) is/are very saucy! For example, a coworker and I both ordered a cab for the same place at the same time. My cab was ordered for me by someone who I live with, and my coworker phoned them to order her own cab home. However, the dispatcher that answered talked back to her, telling her they're not going to send her another cab and that they've already sent one! The dispatcher assumed that it was me who called. How is this respectful at all? The caller could have easily been someone else, and it was! My coworker and I know good customer service, and the sauce we got was intolerable. This was not the first time either that I've gotten talked back to from them.
