Worst ever taxi service
The woman on the phone has no manners and lacks and form of customer service skills let alone a capacity for kindness so I have come to believe.
Their timings have gotten better now but I only call if I have no other option, the woman on the phone makes it completely unappealing to call or use their services.
Some of the vehicles in use are not very clean/uncomfortable or awkward to get into, specifically the minivans.
Long story short;
If you can avoid using it, you should.
Worst Taxi service, not because of timings, but only because the lady in the phone is not only ignorant, but also has an outrageous lack of education, to call her impolite would be an understatement.

This taxi service is horrible. if you feel like waiting over two hours at walmart after youre done shopping with two small children, then go ahead call them. if i could give them a 0 rating i would. i’ll never call this taxi service again.
