Stretcher Service of Manitoba

My husband was transferred from Boundry Trails hospital to Portage on October 13th; the personel did not take care of him.He had his knees raised and each timme they travelled over a train track or a poor condition in the road his right knee was black and blue bruised and became very swollen..I don't think much of your service
