Part 1 **IMPORTANT MUST READ** This will be anonymous. so ive rented from RIVARD for sometime Now, in an apt around the garden city area closer to mcphillips and so after over a year of some independent investigating and needing to be sure that what i accidentally noticed was happening was indeed taking place and after noticing certain odd events, people, & situations taking place, and speaking with other tenants..ALL Of my suspicions were more than confirmed -See part 2

Every time it snows the residents have to dig themselves out. So far this winter I have dug myself out 4 times. They are as useful as a screen door on a submarine.

It is unfortunate that you are not allowed to give 0 stars, because this company is unworthy of even receiving a 1 star rating. Honestly, I don't know where to begin with this company. I am not one to write a review about anything, good or bad. I never have before and I honestly never thought I would until I came into contact with this company.
