The knowledge, service, and professional service is second to none. We bought 5 bikes for the family from here 3 years ago and returned to upgrade for the kids in 2017 and continue to be impressed. After shopping around at Woodcock and Olympia, I found Bikes and Beyond had the best service, and prices. They include stuff like free tire changes and tune ups when you buy a bike there, which is a nice bonus.
