Berg’s Hatchery claims their birds are purebred but they are not - they are mixed. If YOU the customer, cancel, you are charged a stiff penalty and they say that next time you order you will have to prepay OR they may not take your order again. Connie the manger, feels that she can advise that her customers receive counselling when they need to cancel an order due to a physical ailment which prevented us from getting our chickens one year. Totally unprofessional.
