Clayton Giles completed the 3000 hour Massage Therapy Program from WCCMT in 2013. Clayton’s approach to massage therapy is multi-dimensional, using a combination of massage, teaching functional movement patterns, giving home care exercises, and demonstrating proper workplace ergonomics. This multifaceted approach is important in achieving a pain free life and preventing further injuries from occurring.
Clayton uses a number of different techniques in his massage practice such as Swedish and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and joint mobilizations. His clinical background is in treating and preventing common workplace injuries such as headaches, shoulder and neck pain, postural issues, disc injuries, low back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc. He has even treated numerous athletes in a variety of different sports from all levels.
