I moved into a suite with insufficient heat and hot water. This company was hired by the building manager to investigate the problem. He came by at a time when there was hot water and some heat (this was a matter of good timing). He was patronizing and very rude when I told him of a lack of hot water, provided a log of when I got cool/lukewarm water, and told him other tenants also experienced this. I called him a week later to follow up & he rudely said he DIDN'T CARE if I had no hot water!
