The worst grooming dog I have ever seen. My dog was shaved to the skin due to a few mats that weren’t bad and never told us. The shave was completed botched and jagged. Worst experience.
Horrific. After 5 years, I experienced the worst customer service and my dog is an innocent victim. Rude and unnecessary behaviour. Take your dog elsewhere; in the long run, you'll be thankful.
