I used to do $1000s of snailmail advertising annually. Due to rising costs and falling reach, last year I scaled back dramatically. A few weeks ago, David at Uptown weighed and priced a single "sample" I'd brought in (as is my routine before a mass mail out). I bought all the postage and brought in the many letters, but today David tells me that my letter is just slightly oversized and that everything needs additional stamps. Thank you, David -- I'm now committed to minimizing my mail to zero.
