Fishhook is the brainchild of Top Chef Canada contestant and Red Fish Blue Fish alumnus, Kunal Ghose. This hip downtown eatery touts a seafood tartine, its own spin on a popular French-Canadian open-faced sandwich. These come topped with cured and smoked fish products. The casual spot offers eat-in or takeout options, with fresh pickles, curries, salads and soups providing plenty of tasty options for those not in the sandwich mood.
