I am a freelance photographer as well as a 3rd year student at UBC, currently residing in Vancouver, BC. My main focus in photography lends to the more abstract side, as I am constantly trying out new compositional techniques and formulating my own compositional theories. I strive to evoke a feeling of familiar curiosity in my images by examining the way shapes in a scene add harmony to a rectangular or square photographic frame. Each photo is done with careful precision, and through this emotion is evoked in people photography through facial expressions as well as compositional technique.
