I asked this lawyer, Mona Chan, in Law and Associates to do an purchase agreement. She took two weeks to get to the seller to sign and charged me more than $5000 for using a standard agreement. There are missing fund of more than $3500, inaccurate and misrepresented statements and numerous inappropriate and overstated disbursements.
If I were you, I would not use her, unless you have too much TIME, PATIENCE and MONEY.
