Ballet Lounge lookslike a typical ballet studio – there's a barre, mirrored wall and the sounds of classical music wafting throughout the space – but you won't find any pink tutus here. And while you might catch a skilled dancer performing graceful jeté or piroette, you'll also find people of all ages and sizes having fun while getting fit.
“With Ballet Lounge, I found a way to combine my love for ballet with my passion of fitness and health,” explains founder Suzy Kaitman. “But more importantly, it allows me to bring ballet into the lives of a lot of non-dancers in a way that's accessible, healthy and fun.”
The Ballet Fit lessons here offer a fun new way to workout! I used to do ballet as a child but getting older and life got in the way. This is a great place to get back into dance as an adult. Thanks Suzy for bringing me back to ballet! <3
