Dealing with this...
Dealing with this company was a negative experience for me. I purchased a product that is imported by this company and found the quality of the product poor. I called to let them know about my experience and emailed pictures of the product. No one got back to me inspite of my many calls. On one occasion one of employees denied receiving my email and when I spoke to the customer service manager and gave him my comments, he took my details and never came back with an information or an apology.
