Loved the MVP treatment (especially the scalp massage). Staff are really friendly and store is very clean.

I live in White Rock, and I go to the plaza often for groceries and my Starbucks fix. My regular stylist was not available and I thought I would just stop in. From the get go the woman was VERY pushy, told me 13 times.. ( I started counting) about how damaged and dry my hair was. She also mentioned that I was too fussy, and kept asking what product I use. She wouldn't stop pushing the need to purchase product until near the end when I finally got the nerve to say, " You really need to stop pushing me to buy product so much!" I clearly stated that I have enough at home, made a CLEAR explanation as to why my hair was dry, ( I had just dyed it back from bleached ). She gave me attitude, didn't make me feel welcome, told me how to sit, ( apparently one is not allowed to cross their legs while you get a haircut, it makes you uneven). She did not understand the hairstyle I wanted and even with the pictues I brought in, she faked it till she made it. Overall it was a terrible experience and I will not go back. I would reccomend staying with your regular salon, or going to the other cheap place ( I think it's a First Choice) across the street.
