    I had the best experience at Pro Auto Recyclers in Surrey. I came in to find a part for my vehicle, and someone named Jan helped me find exactly what I was looking for! He was attentive, friendly, had the best customer service skills & a very knowledgeable approach. I will most definitely be back in the future!

    I bought an engine from them and was given 4 months warranty. When the repair shop installed the engine there was an error code to replace VVT seleniod which is part of engine they supplied. The repair shop called them and was told to purshase the part and will be reimbursed after telling them the part from lordco was $120 they changed their song and dance that this part is not part of the warranty. How is it possible a part of engine the supplied is not under warranty. Will never deal with them

    Garnet found the part I had been looking everywhere for but due to traffic problems I arrived 30 minutes after closing. He stayed after work to wait for me which was very much appreciated since I drove in from port coquitlam. Part fit perfect. Great service. Thanks Garnet.
