The guy in the service department made me feel like I was under investigation. If this is the face of your company, then I'm not buying anything from them again. He has zero skills at dealing with the public. If his boss didn't prompt him to get off his butt, I'd still be standing there. He looked totally put out that he had to help me from the moment I saw him to the minute I left the store for the last time.
I was interested in a new riding lawn mower and not sure where to go or what to consider.
Went to Fraser Valley and started looking and John spent over a hour with me going over all the specs etc. After cuttign lawn twice it looked like the oil was down and called John who apologized for not being able to come out that day but came next day and resolved my concerns. Where do you get that kind of service today? Fraser Valley that is where
These guys are great! The only issue is that their site is too far from my shop - but that might be a good thing for my bank account. On a commercial level, this company knows what it takes to service large landscapers and keep them going through the season
Have dealt with them for several years and their advice and service has always been excellent.
Took my lawn mower in yesterday for servicing. They checked out the lawnmower (for free), said it would be a lot cheaper to buy a few items (i.e. spark plug, air filter, etc) than to leave it there for servicing. They put in the spark plug and air filter for free and gave me a few good servicing tips. Great place!
