After several calls and lots of times waiting and for Jack not showing up finally he got to my roof and charged me so much dollars extra on top of the coupon saying that it is a large house (eventhough I know that it is smaller than the SQF that they had in their coupon). It was a terrible experience. By the way, his phone is also disconnected so can not reach him.
Yes i did purchase 2 coupons for my home too, i did call to make a appointment also, however it was raining so they called to re schedule, i was happy with this as i understood whilst raining its not heplful, when i spoke with Jacks wife on the phone, she was very nice to me, yes i could hear children in the background (not screaming) but come on guys this is a FAMILY RUN company, so to me hearing children is not a issue. My work was completed and Jack did come out to MISSION for me at no extra charge, He cleaned my gutters as i paid for and his work was great, no complaints there at all, in fact i was so happy with the level of his work i then puchased more work from them. i really dont see the problem here about the reviews above claiming they hear kids, so what!!!! regardless of what you hear when you call its the WORK that matters and that is well above perfect. Actions speak louder than words, and i have recommended them to my friends too, these coupons are a great deal $39 you cant get them that price anywhere else which is why most people haven't gone elsewhere they KNOW its a great deal, and i bet most people love his work too. You can tell its a family run business Jack does the work his wife takes calls whilst doing 'family things' also. Give these guys a break people and maybe turn your attention to something more worth while. CJA was awesome for me and my friends too, they will be used in the future.
My experience was the same as the others. Purchased two vouchers through dealfind. Called two weeks ago and booked appointment. Lady answered with child screaming in background (I thought I got the wrong number). She confirmed appointment and said they would be at my home today by 8am. Well no one showed, I left two messages and no return call. Don't appreciate being inconvenienced. This happened to my friend as well, not once but three times. She got her money refunded by Deal find and apparently Dealfind has been receiving numerous complaints. I, too, will be asking for a refund. No deal and a waste of my time.
I had a very similar experience to the reviewer above. In Feb I purchased the dealfind voucher for a gutter cleaning package, and have called more than a dozen times after March 1 to book an appointment because it specifies that it is only redeemable after that date. My calls were never answered, and I was unable to leave a message because the voicemail was full. Last month there was finally space, so I left my name, contact info, and location. Two weeks later and still no reply. Again I called and left a message, and again no reply. Last Monday I tried again and my call was finally answered for the first time (amid children screaming in the background). I booked my appointment for for that same week, and cleared my schedule for that day because Jack (the owner) was unsure what time he would get to my house. I stayed at home the ENTIRE day waiting, and he never showed up. I called several times, and no answer. Since then I have again tried to get a hold of him to no avail. It's been a week since the missed appointment, and I STILL haven't heard back from him.
Prepaid for service using Dealfind. Tried to book and no one returned message after 2 weeks. Tried calling again and spoke to someone and booked 2 weeks later. The call itself was from someones home with dogs or kids in the background (did not scream "professional"-it was hard to hear). I took the day off work to be there that morning as I was hoping to engage in more services . When I did not hear from them the day before or that morning to confirm the apt., I called them. The lady said they needed to reschedule in the afternoon! When were they going to let me know that? Anyway, I waited for them until late in the afternoon. I called to confirm. 10 minutes later the guy calls back and says it is too far to go and he will put me as the first call the next morning between 8-9 am. (If I am the first call, why can't he commit to 8 am?) It's 10 am now. No call from them-no show. The voice mail is full on one machine. No answer on the other. What a waste of time. Very unprofessional. Not recommended.
