New owners Are Awesome. They were not trained by previous management the first few months resulting in some issues below. Store is running even better than before and still making clothes feel new again! Had no issues.
They are terrible and the customer service is non existent. They “burned” my husbands suit and offered to replace it. They gave him a $400 cap which was way under the cost of the suit. He ended up getting one on sale for $375. The owner then accused him of scamming them and buying a shirt which he did not do. When he went to pick up the cheque the owner didn’t say a word to him and silently handed him the cheque as though this was OUR fault. An apology would have been nice. Disgusting business.
Everything this business advertises is a scam. They ruined my coat by running it through a washer because dry cleaning shouldn't rip stitching out of a coat and create discolouration. I highly advise customers to beware before you bring your clothing to this cleaner.
They ruined my wedding dress and still made me pay the cleaning fee to get it back. Don’t trust them with your nice cloths or irreplaceable items. They refused to fix the dress and lied about how they cleaned it.
