What a great business! I needed a donation for a recently arrived refugee child from the Ukrainian and these guys stepped up immediately. A beautiful reconditioned Schwinn which she rode to her school interview the next day. Thank you Russ Hayes staff. I will continue bringing you any decent bikes I can donate as well and tell others to do any business they can with you.

We bought two road bikes from the Sidney store recently. I can only say that the whole experience was second to none. Sam was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Excellent store and excellent staff!

The service at Russ Hays is awful. They did not register my bike after saying they. They gave me bike keys for the battery and the do not work, that should have been checked before I left the store. I would NOT use them again. I would NOT recommend them
