Stay away from this place, I paid them to destroy my coat, a pure white color wool and cashmere coat became grey color after the cleaning, fully covered by the black things all over it, and they are keeping saying it came from the fabric, not even apology, I have dry cleaned it twice before and it was perfectly fine! Later at home, I find out the metal in the belt is broken too, the coat smells very bad too, I am not sure what they had done to it. Just want people to be careful with your clothes, don't want this happen to others ever again.
