Best nail salon, I have been to! The staff is so nice and professional! Very clean and also very well located. It is also very affordable for the quality you get. I will definitely be going back and tell my friends about this place. They were very busy but managed to stay on track with everyone and have a smile on. 10/10 thank you so much!!

I just started at Richelle Nails & Spa and I've been extremely pleased with their services. They are on time, professional. I had the best experience getting my nails done here. Everyone is so friendly and the manager is the sweetest. recommended ? ? ?

I walked in to Richelle Nails & Spa to see if they could take me without an appointment. Richelle was happy to take me almost right away. She was super friendly and what a sweetheart! If it wasn’t COVID era I would have given her a hug. My nails were the best I’ve ever had done. Better than my favourite spot in Ottawa!!! She even stayed late after closing to give me a full pedi with paraffine treatment to heal a huge crack. I highly recommend!!

I have been going there since they opened and I am not sure what has happened in the last couple months. Every time I have an appointment they are late. 15-20 minutes late. I was in not long ago and had a manicure/pedicure. My appointment was at 10 and they didn’t start until 1020. This seems to be the norm now. How are you 20 minutes late when I am the first appointment?! The mani/pedi lasted one week and chipped all off. $68 for that! They don’t make any effort to speak English either

I just moved out of Poco but this was seriously my favorite place to get my nails and pedicure done. They was always so friendly and makes you feel special! The whole staff is so inviting too. This is really a well run nail spa. The place is beautiful and peaceful. I had a wonderful experience there and my nails came out perfect. I can not recommend them enough! Gold medal for Richelle Nails & Spa.

Richelle's salon is a gift to the Tri-Cities! A consummate professional and perfectionist, you can expect only the best quality services from Richelle and her staff. I have been a client for years, and have recommended both friends and family to Richelle. Everyone raves about her!

I booked regular pedicure with shellac removal. I saw my nail tech pull out the drill and I simply asked if she was going to soak the shellac or drill it off? She explains to me in a short manor she will do both. Then continues to talk in viet to her coworkers loudly and laugh. Too bad for her my friend speaks Vietnamese and txt me everything she was saying. Apparently it's ok to say "her face looks like she wants to be hated" and rude things to that extent I would rather not type on here.
