LifeLabs Port Coquitlam

If I could write a zero I would. I booked my appointment a month ago. Showed up 10 mins early to do paper work etc... now being told they are behind an HOUR! OR POSSIBLY MORE?. It's a time sensitive blood test...I can't just reschedule it... how on earth is this OK?

How to figure out the process specially each time something new .. you dont want to be rude so stand in line outside the lab and then assume you will get a chance to go inside and if I ask question ..oh boy ..they are busy and people who came for blood work have all free time ... Right ! Its 2020 and dont know when to expect organized and happy helpful staff ! Not in a mood to rate

The lady at reception left alot to be desired in attitude and manner, however the technician was great in attitude and manner..nice girl with Purple hair....please thank her.
