I called this store to ask if they could fix watch strap on my Garmin watch. Was assured yes they could put a pin in in. Took my watch to the store Thur @ 6.30pm- they close @ 7pm, the guy working said yes he could fix it but not that night as it was too late would cost $5. No other customers in the store, I agreed to pick up my watch on Sat. Went to the store today only to be told by another assistant that they were unable to fix it and to contact Garmin directly. Very frustrating
I'm definitely not a high end watch collector, but I do enjoy the more tech-focused pieces. I came in to take a look at a citizen ecodrive watch I was interested in. The girl working there was friendly and not pushy, she let me look around for a bit before approaching me. Once I told her what I was looking for, she pulled a few samples out for me and went through all of them. Very impressed by how much her and her colleague knew about not just citizen, but every brand in the store and how they compare. Will definitely be back in the future.
