Watermain broke down the other day. This company was on it! Was super professional from start to finish, everyone was so attentive to my needs and walked me through the entire process as if it was no biggie. Thank you so much to the entire team. I had a garburator problem and the technician came and fixed it instead of installing a brand new one. I can’t thank them enough for their strong communication and honesty.

Courteous quick service.Receptionist pleasant and helpful. Within 1/2 hour we had a plumber (North Vancouver) and within 3/4 hour the problem was fixed. He gave good information about what he was doing, what he did and what the billing meant. I would recommend Milani highly.

Really awful. Cancelled multiple times, and made you wait. They prefer the emergency business. You will always be bumped.
