Purolator tried to deliver but without unit number, didn't leave yet our name was on the directory. They didn't call to advise they were here. They took parcel back to Nanaimo instead of leaving at drop off in Campbell River. Nightmare to get back in touch and have them redeliver. It's been 5 days since first delivery attempt and I still don't have my package.
these people can't find an address on a main street in a city and will go as far as arguing with you that your address doesn't exist Absolutely stunning!
Have repeatedly delivered parcels to the wrong house. We have to trespass on our neighbours to pick up the parcels. We have phoned in the past to give directions to our house, with no effect. The house they deliver to has no number on it, but is identified on a sign at the entrance to our shared driveway. Our house has the house number on it in three different locations. Other courier companies have found our house easily, so we do not know why Purolator apparently cannot.
Did not even ring the doorbell before leaving.
Have always had very helpful assistance and great service. Use them a lot so I was surprised to see the low rating.
In the time it took me to buzz open the door and get down a single flight of stairs (a few seconds at most) the driver was nowhere to be seen. Over an hour of phone-tag later and I had a promise from the Nanaimo office directly that it would be ready for pick up on Saturday. It's not available until Monday. This will make my "2 day shipping" a week and a half, if I even get it then. Worst customer service EVER.
Didn't leave the name of the person who the parcel was for. There are three of us in the house. There is no number where I can call to ask. I had to drive to their office and ask in person.
Won't listen to instructions. Seem only to be interested in ending the day . hardly ever answer the phone .
