They had ONE JOB, create a website for the company... They lack Quality Controls / Auditing for TWO reasons;
1- LocalSphere used the company fax number as our Contact Us phone number; this impacted our business
2- When they were told to change Twitter Icon on main web page to our very active LinkedIn page; they did, ONLY it was another company with an inactive account AND took several days for them to fix their second mistake
