I purchased a chair from lazy boy in Langley. The chair is beautiful and the sales associate joy Zhao couldn’t have been any better. She was very kind and knowledgeable. No pressure at all.
Our Sales associate Naim Turk was professional, friendly, engaging and thoroughly understood his products. He informed us clearly of all of the options, based on our initial interest and guided us carefully and kindly without "pushing" us into any particular choice. Naim is a real credit to La-z Boy Furniture company!! Andre

I am happy with the chair I purchased but am disappointed with the chaotic buying experience. It included initial incorrect pricing, long delivery time unless I purchased unwanted premium features, being sent to the warehouse for pick up when it had been sent to the store, and lack of assembly and assembly tools after being told it would be fully assembled. Any of these individual complications is acceptable but collectively they make me reluctant to buy from La-Z-Boy in the future.

Naim was very pleasant to deal with. Our chairs came promptly, and look and feel wonderful. I would definitely go back and see him again. BUT I am NOT happy with the delivery service. I paid $180 to have two chairs delivered, to replace two existing chairs. The delivery men stated that they would not move the existing chairs. That was extra $$, but if I gave them $70 cash they would do it. I declined. Be sure to get your exact terms of delivery in writing!!!

Naim gave us his full attention and led us to just the right chair. He listened to our time frame and space limit. Once we had purchased, he arranged for delivery. Everything’s went smoothly and we are very happy with the chair.

Naim our sales person never pressured us and had lots of advice on which chair would be appropriate for a person with back issues. The European collection of furniture this store had suited our style as it was less bulky.

My family was searching for a new Sectional for our Living Room and we decided to go to La-Z-Boy in Langley, BC. Leona greeted us and spent over an hour showing us and providing us with valuable insight to help us better make a decision. Upon narrowing down our search, we returned the following day. Leona came in on her day off to help us complete the sale. She is absolutely excellent! Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and frankly, she felt like family by the time we had made our purchase!
