One of the worst encountered as a candidate on 2 occassions. They don't communicate with each other for such a small office. Follow through on their part was non existant even after all the time and effort put in by the candidate which demonstrates no appreciation or value of the candidate's time. Recruiter answered cell phone while screening and seemed either disinterested or poor multi tasker. If I ever am seeking again, i will not short list or respond to this recruiter.
