My 5phone year old fridge stopped working a few weeks ago. I went online to find a repair service and came across Purcell Appliance. The Tech was out with an hour, identified the problem, said he would look into the warranty and then let me know what was the best way to move forward. The parts where covered under warranty and he had them in within 3 days and installed on the fourth day.. I knew the cost in advance and nothing was hidden. Fridge is working perfectly now.

Fixed our washer in a very timely and efficient manner. Very knowledgable. Tech was friendly and did a great job! Will use again and would recommend to friends.

This is a bad business to deal with, if you can avoid, do so as they might make things worse and make you pay for it!! I certainly hope competition sets up shop in town

Dear Customer we understand that at times its very challenging to deal with repairs on appliances and discouraging when it is recommended to not repair because it's too expensive of a fix. Unfortunately prices for parts range a great deal depending on your make and model. At times it is advantageous to contact the manufacturer for help. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional, & easy to work with. When things did not get fully resolved the first time, they came back and stayed until it was working well. Great service and reasonable fees. Would definitely recommend!!

Terrible business!!! multiple appliances “fixed” but never properly fixed spent close to $1,000 on repairs to be told after they had $1,000 in their pocket that we need new appliances. Not to mention my dishwasher was left in pieces on the floor not put back together properly
