Today we met sales advisor Tylor to purchase some funitures. He is very nice and professional about products. He showed us many options with patients. I am very picky person to make up my mind but he gave us enough time. I totally recommend Tylor sales advisor if need you need anything, he definitely happy to help you for sure with great customer service and perfect knowledge.
We recently bought some furniture from Ashley and we had Tim servicing us. He was very approachable and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would purchase thru Tim again in the future.

On our search for a sectional, we went to 8 other stores & in every one a sales rep followed us around pushing a sale. At Ashley, Chad greeted us & then let us roam freely with no pressure & had an incredible ability to almost appear out of nowhere when he sensed we had a question. I loved being able to sit down to test the sectionals & discuss with my husband without a sales rep hovering around & also knowing Chad was always available with every answer. Would recommended all my friends & family

I questioned the salesperson as I found potential lamps I was interested in, and was assisted with a professional approach right through to the purchase of them.
Once we purchased our couch we weren't kept up to date with delays. When we called in for updates the salesman flat out refused to update us saying he would call us back later in the week. He was rude and condescending on the phone.
As soon as I walked in the door Tim was the first associate I saw and asked me what I needed. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me exactly where it was just not in the color I wanted. So he suggested that I can do a special order for what I want and I said perfect lets do that. The whole time I was in your store Tim took care of me from start to finish. I felt so comfortable with him I told him of my bad experience somewhere else. Thanks Tim for making my 2nd time a positive one?
