Took my senior mom for a trim, all was well. Then came back myself for a straightforward classic bob - I've had bobs done at several no frills salons before without any problems. Got an old hag who cut layers & gave me bangs that you don't see until up close. It was fine when I had the cut, but now I have the worst fly always that are all along the top of my head, they stick straight up & still do with hair gel. Also she didn't put the cape on properly & I had hair all over myself & had to go home & shower. Beyond dissatisfied, stick to chains like Great Clips for that simple cut
Terrible service and haircut. My 5 year old son had his haircut and the stylist (Annue) was beyond unfriendly. She was miserable. He sat very still and loves getting his haircut. Anytime he moved (which 5 year olds do) she rudely told him off. She had no people skills whatsoever. And she rushed through the haircut and it looked so bad. Choppy and not at all blended. I had to fix it myself. Totally uneven on the sides. She even burnt his neck with the blowdryer. Please, save yourself the $ and go elsewhere!!! I can't stress this enough.
