I have shopped many times at TimeMasters buying watches and having repairs done on antique watches and clocks. My first experience with the new owner was great. I am so happy there has been no loss in quality or customer service since the change. As for price, they are the same or less than their competitors. Plus all their work comes with a 1 year guarantee.

Awesome service...and very competetive prices... People who complained about the high price..they should go to other places where they can get their watch broken ...you get what you pay..

I am very disappointed with my last encounter with Time Master. I had taken a watch in a number of years ago to have a battery replaced. The service was great and the price ($10) was very fair. So I expected the same today. Was I shocked. The bill for a replaced battery was $28. I asked the owner about this, and his response was that he was a new owner, and this was the new price for changing a battery. I told him that I would not be back. He didn’t seem to care at all.
