Made the mistake of calling them on two separate occasions, they were so rude on the phone, and didn't sound like they were interested in our business, so I hung up and called a different company from Edmonton. The company that did come, said they do a lot of work in Spruce Grove for the sane reason!
We regret that this customer felt that he/she was treated poorly on
the telephone. As a small business we understand how important it is to
treat each and every call in courteous manner.
