My wooden deck post that sits on the cement pillar is way off-centered and I cant believe the project manager says that there is nothing wrong structurally. its obviously hanging and there is nothing wrong? everytime there is a defect then you have to fight, same thing with my quartz countertop which has a huge chip at the bottom at both sides of the cooktop in the small meat across which leave the surface vulnerable to crack. They are after the sales only and not the workmanship and quality
