Ralph and Angela are so great. I knew nothing about smoking meat. These are true business owners and are so passionate about smoking and grilling it’s infectious and will help every step of the way. I had issues with my smoker (operator error) and they walked it through to me the whole way. I feel like family not just a customer. Thank you both.
