Not impressed at all. We used this company because we had US tax credits to deal with. However, they simply wouldn't follow instructions provided to them by our funds manager and our claim was continually rejected by CRS. It took months to get YPM to comply and then they had the gall to charge us extra to do what they should have done in the beginning. Throughout, they were remote and difficult to communicate with. It seems they think they know it all, but they don't.
