My wife Karen and I were in tonight for the first time. I had the pork chops while Karen had ravioli both were excellent. We ate at the bar as the restaurant was full, as would be expected. It's our new, hole in the wall and we will definitely be returning. Shaun and Karen.

Our lunch was delicious, as I'd been led to expect from the reviews -- portion sizes were humane and sensible -- noise level a LITTLE too high for comfortable conversation, as is also noted by other diners; service was very good, and multiple bills were provided for a party of 15+, without the usual eye rolling experienced in some establishments. I sure would love your recipe for Tomato Jam, Mmmmmhmmm.

I booked this place for brunch for my husband's birthday however had a disappointing experience. The place was not busy but the service was so slow. It took 15mins before our orders were taken and we were almost done eating our waffles before we got the condiments for our waffles. Not impressed especially since we were there for a special occasion.

We booked a Birthday dinner party for 15 people & The Workshop Eatery worked with us to plan an 8 course meal. Easy to plan with & good communication. Great price for a lovely tasting menu meal! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it!!! Sarah was our waitress & she handled the large table with ease. The food was delicious! and we will definitely be back as a small table or large group again.

This southside restaurant, located inside the Mosaic Centre, is the result of chef Paul Shufelt’s labour of love. The menu boasts local treats, such as ice cream from Edmonton’s beloved Pinocchio on the dessert menu, pork sourced from Irving’s Farm Fresh, vegetables from Riverbend Gardens and bread from Bonton Bakery. Choose between bar snacks, such as Workshop honey sriracha cracker jack popcorn, small plates and large plates. The chicken liver parfait small plate is getting lots of buzz, but don’t overlook the creative entrees, such as the Duck Duck Couscous. Workshop opened in late December 2015, and isn't showing any signs of slowing down.

One of the latest restaurants to open on the south side, The Workshop Eatery is located inside the Mosaic Centre on 91 Street. It’s the creation of Chef Paul Shufelt, formerly the executive chef for the Century Hospitality Group. The restaurant, which is open for lunch, dinner and brunch, focuses on using local ingredients, such as bread from Bon Ton Bakery and Irvings Farm Fresh bacon. This is a lunch best saved for when you have time to truly savour every bite of your meal, whether you go for the Riverbend Gardens beet salad or the organic Chinook salmon.
