Customer service was ok but I was horrified when I asked if they sold hamsters and she led me to an open bin. About 4ft by 4ft it held about 20 hamsters...2 wheels that were to small and hardly any bedding. Actually there were 4 groups of hamsters huddled in each corent trying to sleep and they were on bare board. No nesting material at all. These sweet little animals sleep during the day but here they were out in the open with dozens of hands reaching in scaring them. Certainly unacceptable
